L'Officiel is an Italian costume jewellery maison, founded in Rome in 1969. We produce vintage-style necklaces and earrings — and we make them for independent brands worldwide who want authentic Made in Italy craft, not a label.
For over fifty years we have designed and hand-finished jewellery in Italy under the L'Officiel and Laura Fabbri name. The same atelier that supplies our own collections is open to a small number of partner brands.
The atelier
Gold & rhodium plating
Brass bases finished in warm gold or bright rhodium — the same finish used in fine jewellery — for a durable, luminous surface.
Filigree
Fine metal threads woven and pierced into light, detailed motifs. A traditional Italian goldsmithing technique.
Hand-knotting
Pearls and natural stones knotted by hand, one by one, for movement, protection and a soft, fluid drape.
Natural stone & pavé
Agate, tiger's eye, quartz, onyx, lava stone and pavé-set zirconia — each natural stone unique in tone and veining.
Enamel & resin
Hand-applied enamel and coloured resin for saturated, graphic colour that stays light to wear.
Multi-strand & sautoir
From single pendants to five-strand statement pieces and long sautoirs, balanced for volume and comfort.

Do you offer private label or white label jewellery?+
Yes. We produce necklaces and earrings under your brand name and packaging — either from our existing designs (private label) or developed to your own brief (custom / white label). We work with independent and emerging brands, not only large accounts.
Are your products really made in Italy?+
Yes. L'Officiel has designed and handcrafted jewellery in Italy since 1969. Every piece is made in Italy, and we provide export documentation confirming Italian origin — so your brand can make the Made in Italy claim honestly.
What kind of jewellery can you produce?+
We specialise in vintage-style costume jewellery: necklaces and earrings. Our atelier techniques include gold and rhodium plating, filigree, hand-knotting of pearls and natural stones, natural stone and pavé setting, enamel and resin work, and multi-strand and sautoir compositions.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
Our minimum order quantity is 12 pieces. Tell us the pieces and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm feasibility and terms.
What are your production lead times?+
Production lead time is 3 weeks from order confirmation. Samples are prepared beforehand so you can approve quality before production begins.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide, including to the United States, with documentation confirming Italian origin. Shipping terms and duties are confirmed at quotation.
