About Us — L'Officiel Roma, bijoux & silk atelier since 1969
L'Officiel Roma is an Italian atelier of bijoux, silk scarves and fashion accessories, founded in 1969. Born in the Gulf of Naples, where it was created bespoke for a discerning clientele, the brand expanded nationwide and is today based in Rome. Over more than fifty years it has become a reference name in high-end Made in Italy costume jewellery, with design and modelling developed entirely in-house and crafted by selected artisans working in Italy under our direct supervision.
Our story at a glance
- 1969 — L'Officiel is born in Naples: bespoke accessories for a refined clientele.
- 1980s — National expansion and recognition in high-end costume jewellery.
- 1988 — Featured in the airline "Boutique on board" programmes (Alitalia Boutique).
- 1992 — Entry into the Duty Free shops of Rome's airports.
- Today — Atelier based in Rome, international e-commerce at lofficiel.store and a presence across the main wholesale and retail channels.
What makes us unique
Our products sit in the mid-to-high segment and meet demanding quality standards. Every bijou is:
- Hypoallergenic and made with nickel-free alloys;
- 18-karat gold plated, one micron thick;
- Set with first-choice stones and selected crystals;
- Made in Italy, hand-crafted in small batches.
Our scarves and foulards are made of pure silk printed in Italy, with finished hems; our bags are genuine leather from artisanal Italian workshops.
Design: Laura Fabbri
Our silk collections and exclusive prints are signed by our in-house designer Laura Fabbri, who reinterprets Italian elegance — from paisley to floral, from abstract to geometric — in accessories with a contemporary feel and classic roots.

Where to find us
Beyond our e-commerce at lofficiel.store, we are present in qualified retail distribution, perfumeries, airport Duty Free shops and on the main marketplaces. We also produce custom promotional items for companies and associations, and sell by sample to distributors and resellers.
