How do returns work? Can I return an item?

Short answer: you have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return, with no need to give a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn and unused, with all tags and in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email INFO@OFFICIEL.IT with your order number.

For Italy and the European Union, returns are free: we send a prepaid label and instructions. For non-EU countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland, UAE) return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items sent without an approved return request are not accepted. Full details in the return policy.
