Who is L'Officiel Roma?
L'Officiel Roma is an Italian fashion accessories brand born in Naples in 1969 and now based in Rome, at Via della Giustiniana 624. It makes high-end costume jewellery, pure silk scarves and foulards, leather bags and silk homeware. The company is L'Officiel 95 S.r.l. (VAT IT04797131002), a registered Italian artisan business.

Is L'Officiel Roma related to L'Officiel fashion magazine?
No. L'Officiel Roma is an Italian maker of Made in Italy accessories with no connection to the international magazine «L'Officiel». They are separate, independent entities.

Are the products really Made in Italy?
Yes for scarves, jewellery and leather goods. Silk scarves are made in Como, Italy's silk district; jewellery is made in Italy with artisan techniques such as plating, hand-knotting, filigree and pavé; bags are genuine Made in Italy leather. The L'Officiel Home line (mulberry silk pillowcases, sleep masks and bedding) is designed in Italy and produced abroad.

Why are prices lower than the big fashion houses?
L'Officiel Roma does not invest in major advertising campaigns, testimonials or flagship stores: what is not spent on the logo stays in product quality or in the price. The motto is «You pay for the object, not the advertising». More: Our philosophy.

Who designs the collections?
Silk collections and exclusive prints are signed by Laura Fabbri, the brand's in-house designer.

Orders and payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Satispay, Bancontact, MobilePay, Klarna and Scalapay instalments. The full price including charges is always shown before you confirm the order.

Do items arrive gift-boxed?
Yes, every L'Officiel Roma item arrives in a gift box.

Can I change or cancel an order?
An order cannot be changed, but it can be cancelled free of charge while the shipment is still being prepared. Write immediately to INFO@OFFICIEL.IT with your order number.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €75; below that it costs €4.90. The exact cost for your destination is always shown in the summary before payment.

What are the delivery times?
In Italy orders usually arrive in 2–3 working days: prepared within 1 working day and delivered by DHL in 1–2 days. L'Officiel Home products (silk pillowcases, sleep masks and bedding) are made to order and take 26 days.

Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship across Italy, islands included, and worldwide with DHL. Times vary by destination.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return without giving a reason. The item must be intact, unused, with tags and original packaging. To start a return write to INFO@OFFICIEL.IT with your order number.

Are returns free?
For Italy and the European Union, yes: we send you a prepaid shipping label. For non-EU countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates) return costs are paid by the customer.

When do I get my refund?
Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Are products covered by warranty?
Yes, all products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Italian consumer law. For defects, damage or wrong items we replace, repair or refund at no cost to you. A repair service is also available.

Retailers and companies

Do you sell wholesale to stores and perfumeries?
Yes. L'Officiel Roma supplies perfumeries, boutiques, concept stores, bridal ateliers, hotel boutiques and duty free in Italy and abroad. Order on Faire, Ankorstore and Orderchamp or directly at INFO@OFFICIEL.IT for catalogue, price list and samples. Direct order minimum €150 with no per-item minimum; delivery to retailers in 26 days. Do you manufacture for other brands (private label)?
Yes, we make Made in Italy jewellery and silk scarves under the client's brand, including client-supplied designs. Minimum 12 pieces, samples available, jewellery production 3 weeks from confirmation. Details: Made in Italy Manufacturing & Private Label.

Do you do personalised corporate gifts?
Yes. From 12 pieces we supply scarves, jewellery, leather goods and silk homeware in packaging with your company logo (prices from €16 per piece). From 100 pieces we also make silk scarves and foulards with your company logo, produced in Como in about 26 days, with no maximum quantity and tiered pricing.
