How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Short answer: orders on lofficiel.store are usually delivered in 2-3 business days (about 1 business day to prepare the parcel + 1-2 days of delivery by DHL courier in most Italian locations). Shipping is free on all orders over €75; below €75 the cost is €4.90.

"Business days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays. In exceptional cases (bad weather, strikes) delivery may be delayed. Times and costs for international orders are shown at checkout. Full details are always up to date in the shipping policy.
